In this role, you will:

• Design and develop complex kinetic systems, taking these from concept to robust prototypes through rigorous stress testing to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Compile and maintain essential project documents, such as Bill of Materials (BOMs), technical reports, and shop drawings, ensuring accurate details for smooth project execution.
• Cooperate with suppliers during design and fabrication stages, ensuring a balance between feasibility, quality, and reliability of materials and processes.
• Oversee and optimize mounting operations, ensuring all assembled components and systems comply with stringent mechanical standards for safe and efficient operation.

Play a pivotal role in integrating hardware and software components to get the finest motion control on our sophisticated kinetic machines.

In this role, you will:

• Design PCBs. Starting with requirement analysis, you will select the best components for the job. You will connect them through schematic diagram design and lay out everything to have the final board production files. Last but not least, you will prototype your creation and test it to its limit.
• Develop firmware (C/C++) and software (C++, Python, Bash) to achieve the required functionality with special care to smooth motion control.
• Manage the power and signal distribution throughout the design and implementation process.
• Analyse the behaviour of components in real-world scenarios and ensure that the implemented architecture aligns with the intended design.

Must-have:

Steer the development and execution of strategies and materials that serve as the backbone of our marketing initiatives and customer interaction.

In this role, you will:

• Analyse our customers' needs and conduct competitor analysis to understand their positioning and offerings. Develop new value propositions for our customers, design potential cross/up-selling strategies and identify new opportunities for Leva in other market segments.
• Define social media strategies along with our marketing agency, generate captivating content and visuals with them, produce insightful newsletters, and uphold the uniformity of Leva's vision and mission across all platforms.
• Update our website portfolio, define the landing page elements such as copywriting, sections, and featured projects for optimal user engagement.
• Maintain the CRM with current data, create compelling commercial presentations, and systematically follow up with prospects to ensure continuous engagement.
